Who Can Use Our Service?

Please note you must be 18 years of age to have a treatment in the Sleek and Smooth studio.  Please note we have the right to ask for I.D. if you're lucky enough to look young.  We also have the right to refuse treatments to anyone who can not provide I.D. when requested or if we feel the I.D. provided isn't adequate.

Spotless Cleanliness:

All treatment areas, tools, and surfaces are thoroughly disinfected before and after each client

Strict Single-Use Policy:

• We use fresh, disposable applicators for every wax application — absolutely no "double-dipping."
• Treatment couch is protected by a wax pad (which is disinfected after each client) and also disposable bed roll.  If a towel is required a fresh towel is given to every client.  

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Staff wear gloves during all treatments and follow rigorous hand hygiene protocols.

Client Health Screening:

• We kindly ask all clients to complete a brief health questionnaire before their appointment to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Safe Product Handling:

• Our wax heaters are cleaned daily and always kept covered and protected between uses.
   

Professional Training:

• Our team is trained in advanced infection control procedures and stays updated with the latest health guidelines. We believe your grooming experience should be both sleek, smooth, and safe.
